Program Overview & Methodology
The Senior Performance Program is our flagship competitive training track designed for cricketers aged 15 to 19 who aspire to represent State associations in BCCI domestic tournaments (Vinoo Mankad Trophy, Cooch Behar Trophy, Col. C.K. Nayudu Trophy) and top-tier senior club leagues.
The curriculum operates at professional cricket standards: high-intensity turf net sessions against 135+ kmph bowling and deceptive spin, deep tactical video review, pressure simulation scenarios, and intense athletic strength and conditioning. Trainees are mentored directly by former First-Class players who have navigated Ranji Trophy cricket.
